This oil cruet was thrown on the potter's wheel from a tan stoneware clay body. This bottle comes fitted with a weighted stainless steel pouring cap (2.5" tall) and is perfect to hold your cooking or olive oil on the countertop in style. The bottom is polished smooth to protect your countertop.

This oil cruet could double as a vase if you remove the spout.

-GLAZES:
WHITESTONE, a warm matte white with subtle speckling on the top half.
The bottom half is glazed in REDSTONE - a dark rust/terracotta red with a smooth matte finish that breaks white where thicker.
-The glaze was applied in a dipping/pouring technique, leaving some raw clay exposed and making each individual piece one of a kind and unique with a very organic feel.
-The inside has a gloss white liner glaze.
-This item is safe to go in the dishwasher, although hand washing is recommended for all handmade pottery.
